Umango Extract is a batch scanning application that delivers flexibility and efficiency in scanning, naming, indexing and storing of documents. Umango is easy to install, configure, and use which translates to short and painless implementation projects.

Scanned documents can be profiled at supported multifunction devices with data extracted (or entered by the user) and verified directly on the MFP panel in real-time. Once captured, the data and documents can be routed into a range of back office products, databases or network folders. An easy to use SDK is also available for users wanting to develop Umango export connector add-ins.

Data capture tools include zonal OMR, zonal OCR, barcode, data lookups, key from image, and constrained list. Standard features include image enhancements, flexible document and batch separation options, full automation processing, scalability and a licensing model that has no document count limitations.

Umango delivers a full-featured browser interface that requires the i-Option (LK-101) and a native interface with limited functionality that does not require the i-Option.
